Two Football Homecoming Game Times Announced

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Big Ten Conference this morning announced that 10 schools' Homecoming games will kick off at noon EDT, with television plans to be determined.

In addition to its own Homecoming game - Sept. 23 against Minnesota - Purdue will be the opponent for Iowa's game Oct. 7 in Iowa City.

Three game times now are known for the 2006 season, with the Boilermakers facing Notre Dame in South Bend on Sept. 30 at 2:30 p.m. EDT. That game will be televised on NBC.

The only Homecoming game not in the noon timeslot is Ohio State's contest against Minnesota on Oct. 28. It will start at 3:30 p.m. EDT.
