Texas Longhorns Welcome Home Santa Figurine Two fans walked to the stadium parking lot - one was smiling broadly; the other looked rather deflated. As they drove down the lane, each saw a figure standing at the curb by his house. It looked like Santa - were they imagining things? The fans looked and blinked and stared in disbelief! There stood Santa with outstretched arms - and each Santa was wearing team colors for the fan's team! How could this be? For it was clear that no one else could see the Santa except the fans! Welcome home, said each Santa. Have a wonderful, winning Christmas for one and all! In a flash they were gone, but atop each mailbox was a beautiful little Santa figurine - each with outstretched arms and dressed in team colors. The fans looked at each other, smiled and almost in unison said, Merry Christmas, friend! This beautiful figurine features Santa greeting you with his arms open wide. The fan wanted the whole world to know how loyal he was, so he decided to add a special decoration: a huge banner to hang from the roof. The lights would illuminate it for miles around, and his excitement grew as he prepared to complete the task. With banner trailing behind him, the fan climbed the ladder. As he reached the roof, the fan stopped climbing and stared in disbelief! Standing before him was Santa and a sleigh filled with gifts - only Santa wasn't wearing his customary suit: he was wearing team colors and the gifts in his bag were all team related! Shush! said Santa. This is our little secret! You see, I'm a fan, too! Let me help you with the banner.
